5 miles medium effort with some 1/4 mile intervals. Then went to Spin Class, got off bike after 30 min & did 2 mile progression run on TM, starting at 8:30 down to 6:30, AP 7:30 More miles than planned today, but I guess I would attribute that to nervous energy. Workout felt good & not too strenuous, which I guess is a good thing. Tomorrow rest, Wed 3 miles, Thur 2, Fri 1 ... Sat 2:XX:XX ... God willing!
