Easy 6+ late at night ... or maybe it was early this morning ... impromptu run to the store while visiting a friend in Philly, because he had crashed & I did not have wheels.  Felt good ... not ready for speed, but fully recovered.

IJR ... much easier to recover from a long jog across town than a race! :)
