I was going to take a day of rest, but it was too nice out to miss an easy 6 mile recovery jog along the river!   9:18, 8:52, 8:54, 8:38, 8:18, 8:58

Sounds nice. And good call - those recovery runs definitely have benefits on many levels.

Good to take atvantage of the nice weather, summer will be here soon!

I'm feeling really guilty with all the miles flying around and my measly 30-40 miles per week :-(

Very true Joe, thanks.

No run today Dan, is that more like me :)

Preston, I would take your consistency over my mileage peaks & valleys ... not too mention you are tapering!

I hope so Tim, still have nightmares about potential running injuries though!

I always feel guilty when I miss a nice day of running, even if it's after a big run I still can't seem to stay off the road ;-)
