Went out for a 4-5 mile shakeout run at 6 pm after going long yesterday.  For some unknown reason, I hit the lap button at 2.5 miles & busted out a 6:47 mile.  Relaxed on a park bench overlooking the river, then had an easy mile cooldown jog home.  Long day, got up at 4:30 as I had to be at a mtg in NYC this morning ... got home to sun & 62 degree weather ... woot woot!  Hitting 74 on Wednesday ... can anyone say golf?  :)

Thanks Dan, walking 18 on a hilly course is a great recovery workout! In fact, I may see if I can do it 2 days in a row. :)

I am a glutton for punishment ... how about "rope-a-dope"? :)

You can teach me to rope when I visit in December ... but only if you still have the pony! lol
