Week 18 - Day 1   6 miles easy

First 3 were a little brisker to get out of hood onto busier roads & then back before dark, then 3 easier loops around hills of the hood.

7:35, 7:57, 7:55, 8:37, 9:01, 8:37

Felt good, am convinced I am going to crush Boston, decided on sub 3:15 goal

Uh oh....has the training begun? I'm already two days behind. :-)

I'm planning on chasing you at Boston!

Haha ... chasing me ... that is funny. As you casually run a sub 7 minute mile in your Mile 15 Sunday run, while I probably could not even run 15 miles right now!

Good news is, we will likely be in the same starting corral, as our BQ times are only 38 seconds apart!

Oh I know where you will be after 18 weekks of training and I assure you I will be chasing you. :-)

Well, I am a couple months away from setting a time goal that has any merit ... but my goal is to set a goal of 3:14:59. lol

Perhaps we will be going after the same time and pace each other ... & then let the race begin as we turn onto Boylston! :)

That would be fun!
